These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of qrktech.com (the “Site”), operated by QRK Tech (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site describes our consulting and engineering services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or master services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or related systems, or interfere with their operation.

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, the QRK Tech name and mark, and the design, belongs to QRK Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Case studies, examples, and metrics

Case studies and role examples on this site show how our digital coworkers work. To protect our clients, we keep them anonymous and change customer details, timelines, and figures. Some examples are illustrative, describing how a coworker does a given job rather than a specific deployment. Time savings and similar metrics are estimates reported by the people involved, not audited results. Results depend on your processes, systems, and data, and aren’t guaranteed.

Content on the Site is general information. It isn’t legal, tax, financial, medical, security, or compliance advice for your situation.

Emailing us doesn’t create a client relationship or an obligation of confidentiality. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information until we’ve agreed in writing how it will be handled.

You agree to indemnify and hold QRK Tech harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
